Through the use of our RM Origination System, Premium Processing, and Lender Assistance Program (LAP), we can help our clients achieve their goals and make the experience better and more productive for all participants.
History
Licensed since 2001, Advent Financial, Inc. had been geared toward traditional/forward lending. The direction of the company changed in 2002, with a focus on Reverse Mortgages. For over 10 years, we have helped hundreds of people address their financial needs and live comfortably in their homes. In 2007, we began working with banks, brokers, and credit unions to help them facilitate the Reverse Mortgage process for their clients. The program we titled "Lender Assistance Program (LAP)" has been an effective way for institutions to offer Reverse Mortgages.

Keely Maglaughlin — President
Keely Maglaughlin has been involved in real estate and financial services since 2001. Initially as an administrator, she gained mortgage industry knowledge while specializing in Reverse Mortgages since 2002. Excelling first as a loan processor, she quickly became the office manager, eventually transitioned to Vice-President and is now the President. As President, she is responsible for product flow, compliance, day-to-day activities, and personnel management. She has created detailed processing systems which have resulted in industry leading RM loan approval turn times.
Ms. Maglaughlin is also co-founder of Advent Settlement Services, Inc., which she helped create in order to facilitate the closing of RMs. Ms. Maglaughlin is a licensed title agent as well as a licensed mortgage originator. Her extensive scope of understanding and experience give her a broad range of expertise and the ability to handle most every aspect of a RM transaction.
Ms. Maglaughlin continues to broaden her knowledge of RMs and to remain at the forefront of industry advances. She is a recognized expert in this field.
